Norfolk Southern will close the railroad crossing on SR-77/Gilbert Ferry Road in Attalla for work beginning Tuesday, March 10.
The crossing between US-11 and Attalla Industrial Park will remain closed until work is completed on Wednesday, March 11.
Detour route
Northbound traffic may take I-59 to US-431 to US-11 to return to SR-77 north of the tracks. Southbound traffic may take US-11 to US-431 to I-59.
