The eastbound I-10 on-ramp from the Causeway at Mid-bay will be closed both Thursday, September. 17 and Friday, September. 18, for bridge repair work.
Closure details:
- When: Thursday, Sept. 17, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 18, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Where: Causeway eastbound I-10 on-ramp at Mid-bay (Exit 30)
- Why: Bridge repairs
- Duration: The ramp will reopen each day as soon as the repair work is complete.
Drivers who need to access eastbound I-10 should use an alternate route during the closure.
Drivers may access eastbound I-10 using:
- The on-ramp closer to the east side of Bankhead Tunnel; or
- The Spanish Fort/Daphne interchange farther east.
Drivers should allow extra time and use caution in the work area.
