- Location: A one-lane closure for approximately one mile on I-85 South at Line Creek. This lane closure is approximately 3 miles south of Exit 22 (Shorter) in Macon County.
- Duration: The lane closure will be in effect around the clock for bridge rehabilitation. The contractor aims to finish by Thanksgiving, with an incentive from ALDOT for early completion.
- Impact: Delays are expected. If possible, consider using alternate routes during this time.
- Safety: Drivers should slow down to the reduced speed limits and be extra cautious of workers and equipment in work zones.
