ALDOT is planning to replace one mile of concrete of I-459 at the I-65 interchange in Hoover.

ALDOT is proposing concrete replacement on I-459 in the heart of Hoover. The job would stretch from Lorna Road to the western edge of the Little Shades Creek east of I-65.

The work would also build new auxiliary lanes from I-65 to Acton Road to alleviate merging congestion in both directions.

Rolling roadblocks are needed for bridge girder installation at future McAshan Road DDI next week.

Work to build Jefferson County’s first Diverging Diamond Interchange, or DDI, is reaching a significant milestone.

ADLOT is hosting a public involvement meeting for a proposed roundabout in Eastaboga in Talladega County.

Two-mile stretch of I-59/20 is being resurfaced between Fairfield and Hueytown.

An Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) resurfacing project to replace an aging section of I-59/20 near Fairfield began Sunday, Feb. 8.

The project will replace two miles of deteriorating asphalt between the Fairfield Boulevard and Valley Road bridges.
