Nighttime resurfacing of four miles of US-431 in Albertville will begin the evening of Sunday, June 14, weather permitting.

Rogers Group, the contractor on the $3 million project, will mill and pave the divided four-lane highway from south of SR-75 at Miller Street to Brashers Chapel Road.

The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) plans to resume nighttime resurfacing on Skyland Boulevard (US-11) starting Monday, June 8. The project will continue from McFarland Boulevard (US-82) to Pleasant Hill Drive in Tuscaloosa.

ALDOT is wrapping up a two-mile resurfacing job on I-59/20 near Fairfield in Jefferson County.

The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) is finishing its two-mile resurfacing project on a busy stretch of I-59/20.

ALDOT is smoothing out a 7.6-mile portion of SR-77 in western Clay County.

ALDOT is resurfacing SR-77 in western Clay County outside of Ashland.

Crews began replacing the old driving surface with the first layer of asphalt in recent weeks.
