Norfolk Southern will close the railroad crossing on SR-20 at Courtland in Lawrence County for repairs the morning of Monday, Dec. 9.
The railroad company anticipates the closure beginning between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. and lasting about one hour.
During the closure, westbound through traffic will detour to SR-33 in Courtland to SR-157 to SR-101 and back to SR-20 in Town Creek. Eastbound through traffic will detour to SR-101 in Town Creek to SR-157 to SR-33 and back to SR-20 in Courtland. Signs will provide detour directions to motorists.
