SR-127 resurfacing to begin

Grayson Carter and Son Contracting will mill and resurface SR-127, shown here near the northern city limit of Athens.

Resurfacing of about 4.5 miles of SR-127 in Limestone County will start Monday, Oct. 26, weather permitting.

N Day Hill Road to close at SR-53

North Day Hill Road will temporarily close at its intersection with SR-53 for grading necessary for the $5.3 million widening of the highway in the Harvest area of Madison County.

Expect repair of US-431 railroad crossing in Albertville tonight

The closure of US-431 northbound at the ATN Railroad crossing in Albertville tonight will divert northbound traffic to the southbound roadway, which will be reduced to one lane in each direction.
