The Alabama Department of Transportation will begin painting and repairs on two Jefferson County bridges in the spring of 2022. The bridges are located in Jefferson County over I-65 at Exit 254 (Alford Ave), and over I- 20/I-59 at 25th Street. Work is expected to be completed by the winter of 2023.
